Planned Parenthood has never been able to deny that CMP's citizen journalism work shows Planned Parenthood's own top leaders making shocking admissions about their baby body parts programs in their own words. So instead, Planned Parenthood has just smeared us for three years and relied on their corrupt political allies like Kamala Harris, Judge Orrick, and the Establishment Press to back them up.
Now a federal appeals court has called Planned Parenthood's bluff, thoroughly debunked the abortion industry smears with forensic evidence, and torpedoed the stated justifications for Planned Parenthood's lawsuits, Judge Orrick's gag order, and Kamala Harris's prosecution against me and CMP investigators.The federal courts are finally ready to try Planned Parenthood on the evidence of their baby body parts crime scheme. Now is the time for the U.S. Department of Justice to do their job and hold Planned Parenthood accountable to the law just like any other organization.
