The good news is that the Texas House passed three solidly pro-life bills yesterday in time for the deadline. Those are: 

* HB 2962 (Giovanni Capriglione) to increase reporting of abortion complications,

* HB HB 3771 (Byron Cook) to clarify that treatment for an ectopic pregnancy is not classified as abortion, and 

* HB 2858 (State Representative DeWayne Burns) to protect women and girls from forced abortion, especially in the course of sex trafficking.
